Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Retail Media Manager, der unsere E-Commerce-Strategie vorantreibt und unsere Kunden mit innovativen Lösungen begeistert. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen spielen, die unsere Kundenbindung und Umsatz steigern.

Aufgaben
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Retail Media-Kampagnen, um unsere Kunden zu binden und den Umsatz zu steigern.
  • Kooperation mit unseren Stakeholdern, um das Potenzial von Retail Media auszuschöpfen.
  • Kommunikation mit externen Stakeholdern, um Kampagnen zu planen und umzusetzen.
  • Analyse der Markt- und Kampagnenleistung, um Potenziale zu erkennen und zu optimieren.
  • Fortwährende Optimierung unserer bestehenden Retail Media-Kampagnen.
  • Kooperation mit unseren Toolanbietern, um technische Herausforderungen zu lösen und Neuerungen zu implementieren.
  • Erstellung und Versand von Kampagnenreportings an unsere Partner.
  • Abrechnung der vereinbarten Leistungen und Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern.
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in E-Commerce, (Online-)Marketing, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medienwissenschaften, BWL oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung.
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Digital Media und Performance-Marketing, mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen im Bereich Kampagnenmanagement.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und nachweisbare Erfahrung im Stakeholder- und Projektmanagement.
  • Erfahrungen mit Retail Media-Tools und Kenntnissen im Bereich Performance-Marketing-Kanäle (SEA, PSM, Affiliate, Display, Paid Social) und/oder DOOH.
  • Erfahrung in der operativen Kanalsteuerung oder in der Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen bzw. Dienstleistern.
  • Hohe analytische Kompetenz und technische Affinität, um Performance-Analysen durchzuführen und Potenziale zu erkennen.
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und die Bereitschaft, gemeinsam mit uns zu wachsen und sich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
