• Support the implementation of our sales strategy, including product placement and promotional activities
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
• Oversee the financial performance of a specific product category
• Contribute to the efficient management of store processes
• Represent the store and serve as a point of contact for customers
• Act as a deputy to the store manager

• Drive and motivation to advance your career and contribute to the team's success
• Completed training as a retail salesperson or equivalent qualification
• Experience in the food retail industry, with leadership experience a plus
• Independent, problem-solving, and goal-oriented work style
