Aviation Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor to join our team at Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth. As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training courses for internal and external customers, covering both theoretical and practical aspects of helicopter maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for civil and military aircraft maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials, including documentation and visual aids.
• Conduct training sessions, assessments, and evaluations to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Maintain and update training records, including participant feedback and course evaluations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and new technologies to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with additional experience in helicopter production or maintenance.
• Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or in a comparable field.
• Licensed Certifying Staff CAT B1 (m/f/d) according to EASA and DEMAR regulations or equivalent military aircraft maintenance license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in helicopter maintenance, with a strong understanding of technical knowledge and procedures.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
