Als Projektmanager (m/w/d) Large Hydro Power Plants unterstützen Sie die Voith Group im Konzernbereich Hydro bei der Abwicklung weltweiter komplexer Projekte. Diese Projekte umfassen die elektromechanische Ausrüstung von Gesamtwasserkraftanlagen im Bereich Large Hydro Power Plants.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie verantworten die Abwicklung von Projekten mit komplexen vertraglichen Strukturen.
  • Als Projektmanager stellen Sie durch funktionale Führung und Steuerung des interdisziplinären Projektteams die vertragskonforme Abwicklung und Einhaltung vorgegebener Projektziele sicher.
  • In Ihrer Schnittstellenfunktion tragen Sie Verantwortung für das aktive Change- und Claim Management sowie das projektspezifische Chancen- und Risikomanagement.
  • Sie übernehmen die Steuerung wesentlicher Einflussfaktoren der Technik und die Auslegung von Spezifikationen sowie Verträgen.
  • Ihnen obliegen die Behandlung von Abweichungen im Projektfortschritt sowie die Steuerung und die Dokumentation von Projektänderungen.
  • Zudem kümmern Sie sich um die übergeordnete Koordination der Projektdokumentation.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben Ihr Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Bauingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von SAP, MS Office und weiteren Projektmanagementtools zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus. Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil und weitere Sprachkenntnisse ein Plus.
  • Ihre strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise ermöglicht Ihnen den richtigen Umgang mit komplexen und dynamischen Situationen.
  • Sie sind eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, welcher es mit überdurchschnittlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägtem Verhandlungsgeschick gelingt auch bei widersprüchlichen Interessen gute Lösungen zu erzielen.
  • Die Bereitschaft zu weltweiten regelmäßigen Dienstreisen rundet Ihr Profil ab.
