Senior Embedded Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Software Developer to join our team at Optimus Search. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software components for embedded systems using C/C++.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in requirements analysis and concept creation for software development of embedded systems
  • Implement embedded software components using agile methods
  • Develop script-based methods for release management and continuous integration
  • Ensure quality assurance of developed components through module and integration tests
  • Integrate external and internal software components and develop automated tests and tools
  • Independently correct and analyze errors
  • Verify quality and approval of assigned software components and ensure interfaces to suppliers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an embedded software developer
  • Programming knowledge of C and C++ and good knowledge of embedded systems
  • Experience with UML
  • Knowledge of Ethernet, UART, SPI, CAN, I2C
  • Practical experience with automated test applications
  • B2 German and Fluent English
