About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Management Officer to join our team at ZEISS Group. As a key member of our Program Management Office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our global FIT4 program.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with workstream leads and project managers to drive project progress and ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Monitor and steer project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and implement project standards, processes, and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Train and coach project teams on project management methodologies and standards.
• Drive comprehensive plans and timelines, working closely with project managers and program management.
• Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Drive governance and alignment of specification, standardization, and customization needs.
• Manage project and process documentations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
• Report on project status and track project tasks, providing insights to inform decision-making.
• Ensure strong communication with stakeholders, building trust and confidence in our program.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Program Management Officer with a strong background in project management and change management methodologies. You will have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.3-5 years of experience as a Program Management Officer.3-5 years of experience in Change Management/Project Management methodologies.Experience in leading process change projects.Experience in navigating complex networks of responsibilities in a multi-functional, multi-regional program.Strong project management skills, analytical skills, and a proactive approach.Ability to manage stakeholders, reduce complexity, and mentor others.Strong communication skills and a systematic way of working.Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and uncertain environment.Excellent English skills, with German proficiency a plus.
