HOLY is a revolutionary soft drink company that offers a unique blend of taste and sustainability. Our powdered drinks, including HOLY Energy, HOLY Hydration, and HOLY Iced Tea, are designed to provide an amazing taste experience while maintaining a good conscience for the environment.
We have achieved significant success in the online market, with over €60M in revenue in less than three years. Now, we are expanding our reach to the retail market, where we have already launched over 1,000 food retail stores in less than six months.
About the PositionWe are seeking a Senior / Lead Retail Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow our retail channel. This is a unique opportunity to work across departments, bridging online and offline marketing, and bringing our retail success to the next level.
The role's responsibilities include end-to-end project management for retail marketing activations, developing retailer-specific marketing strategies, and collaborating with multiple teams to achieve this. You will also help shape HOLY's retail strategy and develop a deep understanding of retail marketing and shopper psychology.
About You- You have experience in (food) retail marketing, with a focus on sell-in and sell-out activities.
- You are an efficient project manager with strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning and growth.
- You are a strong team player who thrives in working with multiple teams and has excellent communication skills.
- You are a creative and pragmatic thinker who can blend retail expertise with HOLY's brand identity to craft effective marketing strategies.
- You are a native-level German speaker and fluent in English (French is a plus).
- You are based in Berlin and excited to drive HOLY's next growth lever.
