Job Title: (Senior)Scientist Cell CultureWe are seeking a highly skilled (Senior)Scientist Cell Culture to join our department Target Validation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing patient-derived cellular models from frozen primary cancer tissue.
Responsibilities- Cell Culture Expertise: Isolate and establish primary cancer cells from frozen patient-derived tumor tissues.
- Organoid Culture Specialist: Develop and maintain 3D organoid cultures from primary cancer cells.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed experimental records, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Technological Advancements: Stay updated with the latest advancements in 3D culture techniques and integrate new technologies to improve model systems.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Draft SOPs for cell culture and organoid culture procedures.
- PhD in Life Sciences: PhD in life sciences, molecular or cell biology, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience from the biotech/biopharmaceutical industry in preclinical drug development.
- Cell Culture Expertise: Proven experience in primary cell culture, including the isolation of cancer cells from patient-derived tissue.
- Organoid Culture Experience: Experience in organoid and 3D cell culture.
