The Role

We are looking for high-achieving graduates with a desire to learn and a strong understanding of renewable energy systems. The ideal candidate will be able to write cohesive reports, collaborate across multi-discipline teams, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Our renewable consultancy business services a varied client base worldwide, including private developers, investment banks, utilities, and power generation companies. We provide value-added services across advisory, technical specialists, project management, and owners engineering, covering onshore and offshore wind, green hydrogen, solar, grid, storage, and infrastructure.

ISCED Level 6 Bachelors (minimum) or Level 7 Masters (preferred) Degree in relevant engineering discipline (Process, Mechanical or similar).
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
This is an entry level role, degree qualified incumbents will typically have less than two years experience.
- Awareness of green hydrogen and 'Power to X' technologies and potential offtake routes
- Knowledge of trends and economic conditions affecting the renewables and wider clean energy industry.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret technical information and can demonstrate the application of theory in a practical context.
- Graduate level of competence in the application of standards, processes and procedures and how they are used in work execution
- Ability to prepare accurate, effective, complete and easily understood written communications and reports
- Good level of general computer literacy and basic familiarity with some relevant specialist engineering software

- The right to work in Germany
- European driving licence
- Currently located in Germany and either in Hamburg or willing to move to Hamburg
