What to Expect:

Our 2.5-year training program starts on a specific date. You will attend school one day a week at the Ludwig-Geissler-School in Hanau. In the first six months, you will learn the basics of IT in Hanau. Then, you will start the practical phases, where you will learn about the business processes of your department and work on real projects. One year after starting at Heraeus, you will begin your studies at the University of Mainz. The lectures will take place two days a week.

  • Application of various programming languages
  • Analysis of business processes and identification of optimization potential through digital solutions
  • Testing of functions of various IT systems
  • Planning and implementation of software solutions tailored to individual customer needs
