Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du entwickelst und dokumentierst Anforderungen für komplexe Produktentwicklungsprojekte und unterstützt die Entwickler bei der technischen Spezifikation.
  • Du berücksichtigst Kundenanforderungen und bereitest diese für die Produktentwicklung auf.
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Management, der Hard- und Softwareentwicklung sowie den Testingenieuren.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Dokumentation und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Normen und Regularien.
  • Du überprüfst regelmäßig die Umsetzung der Anforderungen.
  • Du hast die Freiheit, bestehende Anforderungsprozesse zu verändern und anzupassen sowie Optimierungspotentiale aufzuzeigen und deren Umsetzung zu begleiten.
Dein Profil:
  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschul- oder Masterstudium der Elektrotechnik oder einen vergleichbaren Studienabschluss mit elektrotechnischem Schwerpunkt.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement / Requirements Engineering im Bereich Leistungselektronik, e-Mobility, DC-Microgrids o.ä. bringst du idealerweise mit.
  • Du bist in der Lage, komplexe Aufgaben zu analysieren und selbständig Lösungskonzepte zu entwickeln, die du systematisch umsetzt.
  • Vernetztes Denken, unternehmerisches Handeln sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und großes Interesse an neuen technologischen Entwicklungen zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, Englisch bereitet dir keine Probleme.
