About the Role:

  • Collaborate closely with the VP Finance & Controlling NET & SEMA on strategic initiatives and projects
  • Lead international finance projects and develop business cases to inform management decisions
  • Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive data-driven decision making
  • Manage the monthly financial performance process and develop standard reports with the Center of Scale and Corporate Controlling
  • Act as a key interface between the Center of Scale and regional finance teams, IT, and Process Management

Requirements:

  • Strong background in finance and controlling with a degree in business studies
  • Relevant professional experience in complex international matrix structures
  • Excellent SAP knowledge and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in Business English and German with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills with a proactive approach and solution-oriented thinking
