Headmatch GmbH & Co. KG is a distinguished entity within the financial sector, recognized for its international presence. We are currently seeking to expand our dedicated team by adding a new member in the role of Lead Tax Strategist (m/w/d).

As a Lead Tax Strategist (m/w/d), you will engage in a challenging array of responsibilities that encompass Tax Structuring, project initiatives, and Tax Compliance matters, collaborating closely with the Investment Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising the Investment Team on all pertinent tax-related inquiries.
  • Designing and implementing innovative processes, guidelines, and software to enhance efficient Tax Compliance Management (TCM).
  • Overseeing tax compliance management.
  • Coordinating with external tax advisors.
  • Assisting during tax audits.
Candidate Profile:
  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on taxation or a comparable qualification.
  • Successfully passed the tax advisor examination.
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of taxation (either in consulting or in-house).
  • Experience in Tax Structuring is advantageous.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
