About the Role

TE Connectivity is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Management Assistant to support our production teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, and contributing to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support production leadership in daily operations
  • Document training and maintain a training database
  • Assist with implementing workplace safety projects
  • Implement KVP and 5S initiatives in daily operations
  • Create job instructions

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Building/Infrastructure Management, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated interest in connections between operations and maintenance of buildings and production systems
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • High level of engagement, trustworthiness, teamwork, and structured work ethic
