Deine Herausforderung:
  • Du übernimmst die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines Onsite-Teams beim Kunden in Erlangen und sorgst für die effektive Steuerung des Outsourcing-Partners im Bereich 1st Level Support.
  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Themen rund um Service Delivery und verantwortest die Sicherstellung von Qualität und Verfügbarkeit der vereinbarten Managed Services Leistungen.
  • Du leitest (internationale) Projekte und sorgst für deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung.
  • Zudem wirkst du bei der Gestaltung und Verbesserung neuer bzw. bestehender Services und Prozesse mit.
  • Auch die Erstellung und Präsentation von Reports über SLAs und KPIs gehört zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse und arbeitest bei der Entwicklung von Lösungen im Sinne des Service-Designs mit.
  • Dein Arbeitsort ist primär vor Ort beim Kunden mit Möglichkeit auf anteiliges mobiles Arbeiten.
Deine Qualifikationen:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (Fachinformatik)
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im IT-Service Management
  • ITIL-Zertifizierung wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationskompetenz und überzeugende Präsentationsfertigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
