Corporate Academy Trainee

Your Role

You will participate in a comprehensive 6-month training program that includes various segments, combining theoretical knowledge with practical application. Initially, you will undergo an extensive onboarding process along with foundational training sessions covering essential topics such as EDWs, Data Vault 2.0, AWS Fundamentals, and dbt. Throughout your training, you will also have the chance to obtain relevant certifications corresponding to these training sessions.
Following the initial training phase, you will transition into a collaborative team environment, focusing on key areas such as DataLake, Data Vault 2.0, and Reporting & Dashboarding. In this phase, you will work alongside fellow trainees on projects grounded in theoretical principles and will present your findings at the conclusion of each project.
Upon successful completion of your training, you will earn a certificate from our internal Corporate Scalefree Academy, along with potential opportunities for continued engagement with Scalefree International as a working student, intern, or consultant, depending on your academic progress.

Ideal Candidate

Currently pursuing a degree in business informatics, computer science, or a related field Fundamental understanding of databases and proficiency in SQL Initial experience with an object-oriented programming language, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript Basic knowledge in one of the following domains: Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence Proficient in both English and German
