Distinguished RAMS Engineer

We are seeking an Experienced RAMS Engineer to join our team. The role involves developing and maintaining the transnational Safety platform for France and Germany.

LGM Digital was founded in 1991 and has since become a trusted partner for safety solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Operational Safety Business Line to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet the highest safety standards.

The estimated salary for this position is around €60,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced RAMS engineer to take on a key role in ensuring the safety of complex systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the integration of RAMS requirements into the overall design, development, and qualification process;
• Carrying out or updating Preliminary Risk Analyses;
• Consolidating Analyzes of failures;
• Providing availability, reliability, maintainability, and security studies proofreading and justification;
• Developing RAMS and implementing RAMS quantification tools;
• Carrying out predictive reliability studies;
• Performing dysfunctional analyzes (FMEA, FTA...);
• Writing reliability and safety reports;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in operational safety;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
