Your tasks

• Conducting individualized plant tours in the customer center of an automotive group
• Support and accompaniment of visitor groups
• Communicating with visitors, including the use of common foreign languages
• Consideration of protocol and intercultural requirements when supporting visitors
• Dealing with the areas of activity of the visitor groups
• Preparing and providing visitor-specific information
• Respectful interaction with visitors, both on site and during administrative activities
• Collaboration and cooperation with internal and external interfaces and partners
• International customer contact and a varied working day

Your profile

• Fluent foreign language skills in English and possibly another foreign language (proof required)
• Experience in dealing with visitors and customer affinity for technical topics and production processes
• Brand affinity
• Confident appearance
• Eloquence
• Ability to work under pressure, time flexibility
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Very good handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
