Cloud Infrastructure Governance Specialist

Unlock Your Potential in Cloud Infrastructure Governance

SAP is seeking a motivated individual to join our Global Cloud Infrastructure & Delivery (GCID) unit as a Cloud Infrastructure Governance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic project management, defining and managing scope, timelines, measurable KPIs, risks, and stakeholders based on strategic directions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and provide clear and concise steering and decision-making up to top-level management and SAP executives
  • Perform customer and industry research to identify key stakeholder needs & expectations and business opportunities
  • Foster collaboration cross units and manage stakeholder relationships within business, IT, and process stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Conduct assessments and facilitate workshops to gain alignment with key stakeholders on must-have requirements and target states

What You Bring:

  • University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Social Sciences
  • Strong execution focus & excellent process and project management skills from concept to coordination to execution/implementation
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with willingness to work under pressure, in critical situations, and under tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, good business judgment, and a healthy dose of practical sense
  • Out-of-the-box thinking with candid can-do attitude
  • Language skills: fluent in English, good in German

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven high-impact analytical approach, with proven track record in project management or business case design and analysis
  • Strong track record of delivering results in complex stakeholder environments and driving decisions to execution
  • Experience on process management, management consulting, or related areas
  • Experience in the automotive industry, manufacturing, and/or supply planning is a plus
  • Very good communication skills at senior executive / C-Suite level to secure buy-in via active involvement & objective decision making
