About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ABAP Cloud Development Consultant to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business goals through the effective use of SAP's cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reinforce the adoption of SAP's cloud extension model as the path forward for our customers, providing guidance on how to overcome challenges and achieve success.
  • Leverage the capabilities of SAP's cloud extension technologies, including ABAP Cloud and the 3-Tier Extension Model, to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise and a clean core, analyzing feasibility for new and changed services and delivering customer workshops and trainings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, develop technical specifications, and implement solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use SAP's cloud-based solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions and services.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills in ABAP, with a focus on cloud-based development and the ABAP Cloud extension model.
  • Excellent understanding of SAP's cloud extension technologies, including ABAP Cloud and the 3-Tier Extension Model.
  • Experience in software design and architecture, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
