Your Future Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance framework to ensure adherence to legal requirements, guidelines, and policies.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct internal audits to assess the organization's risk profile and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain effective risk management and compliance processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to prevent fraud, errors, and mismanagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to enhance the effectiveness of internal audits.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with federal administration, business partners, and SAP internal units to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Profile & Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in compliance and auditing practices, with a strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and oral.
  • EU citizenship.

Work Experience:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in auditing, risk management, and compliance.
  • Experience in security operations and coordination of contracted 3rd party resources.
