Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Management Assistant to join our Global Product Development Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our EVP/VP Assistant, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments, meetings, and tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the team in placing orders and following the invoicing process
  • Assist colleagues with travel bookings and travel expense reports on internal systems
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled as a student
  • Previous experience in office management or assistance
  • Excellent command of English and German
  • Familiarity with common MS Office programs
