We invite you to be part of our global team as an Intern (f/m/d) focusing on Web Application development within our Innovation Think Tank.

Work Flexibility: This role allows for mobile work (within Germany) up to 60% of the working hours, subject to agreement with your supervisor.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in research activities for diverse healthcare applications
  • Develop web applications utilizing Python and the Flask framework for rapid prototyping and MVPs
  • Create and enhance data visualization dashboards for various sensor applications
  • Support data flow architecture discussions for early-stage product concepts

Your Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in mechatronics, software engineering, computer science, or a related field, ideally in the 4th year of bachelor’s or 1st year of master’s
  • Solid understanding of programming, sensor technologies, and data analytics, with relevant work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Skilled in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for developing and styling interactive web applications
  • Familiar with JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React or Angular for creating dynamic user interfaces
  • Ability to design user-friendly interfaces and apply good UX design principles using tools like Figma
  • Experience with backend technologies and frameworks for data management
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git for collaborative coding

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous
  • Strong communication and time management skills, especially in agile team environments
  • Curious and eager to explore new topics, with a commitment to continuous learning
  • Ability to work independently and goal-oriented, ensuring task completion and personal development
