About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Vertriebsassistent/Bürokraft to join our team at W&W-Gruppe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our agency, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the agency owner to achieve business objectives.
- Manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, creating proposals for our fleet and private customers, processing ongoing cases, and handling incoming applications and customer data.
- Support the processing of minor damage claims.
- Ensure the quality of our agency's processes by monitoring and maintaining high standards.
- Prepare for and follow up on customer visits in the agency.
Requirements
- A completed insurance-specific or comparable commercial education.
- Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a Vertriebsassistenz.
- A customer- and service-oriented work style.
- Openness, a willingness to work with people, and strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in digital media.
