About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Penzberg. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing industrial projects, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality on the construction site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monitor and control construction progress to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Ensure compliance with work safety regulations and industry standards
  • Organize daily coordination meetings and work schedules
  • Participate in site inspections and acceptance tests
  • Record and track defects

Requirements

  • Studies in construction engineering or management, architecture, or a related field
  • Experience as a construction manager or relevant professional experience in the discipline
  • Several years of professional experience in construction management or project management
  • Good knowledge of construction law, VOB, rules, and technology
  • Good MS-Office knowledge and CAD skills
  • Fluent German (both written and spoken)
  • English language on a communicative level
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative, and commitment, as well as a high degree of flexibility
