Private Equity Investment Focus
The Private Equity Investing division at Goldman Sachs Asset Management has a rich history of over 30 years, investing across a wide array of industries, regions, and transaction types, supported by approximately 100 dedicated investment professionals worldwide. As a Private Equity Associate, you will be deeply involved in all facets of the investment cycle, including:
- Sourcing, identifying, and evaluating promising investment themes and opportunities.
- Building relationships with management teams, senior advisors, and external industry experts.
- Conducting due diligence and supporting financing, structuring, and closing transactions.
- Developing, monitoring, and implementing value creation strategies for our existing portfolio companies.
