About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Android Developer to join our team at JAKALA Germany GmbH. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality mobile applications using relevant technologies such as Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Dagger Hilt, and KMP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions
  • Design and implement complex mobile applications using Kotlin and relevant tools and frameworks
  • Translate product requirements and designs into high-quality code for the target platform
  • Adapt to various technologies and platforms, ensuring successful project execution
  • Work with our interdisciplinary teams to define, design, and develop new features
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in native Android app development
  • Proficiency in Kotlin and familiarity with popular tools and frameworks
  • Understanding of user experience principles and interest in new technologies like Jetpack Compose and KMP
  • Strong interest in staying up-to-date with Android ecosystem developments
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and proficient in English
