Job Description

• Preparation of bid calculations for general contracting projects
• Calculation based on performance schedules
• Obtaining bids and creating price lists
• Technical review of subcontractor bids
• Conducting tender discussions with subcontractors/preparing the award of construction services
• Leading contract negotiations

Requirements

• Technical or commercial training in the construction industry (an advantage)
• Experience in estimating construction services
• Good IT skills (MS Office, MS Project, AVA software, e.g., ORCA)
• Excellent German language skills required and good English language skills an advantage
• Analytical and logical thinking ability, as well as high numerical affinity
