Job Title: Counter Manager

At Charlotte Tilbury, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Counter Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for every customer.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising, visual displays, and promotional activities.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of store standards, including inventory levels, stock files, and counter hygiene.
  • Lead by example, promoting the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service to the team and customers.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive and Area Trainer to ensure continuous training and development of the team.
  • Proactively anticipate staffing needs, including sourcing and selecting talent to deliver business objectives.
  • Analyze business performance and proactively plan strategy within day-to-day business and events.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven sales and leadership skills.
