E-Mobility Solutions Manager

in unbefristeter Vollzeitanstellung.

Herausfordernde Aufgaben erfordern außergewöhnliche Talente. Wir freuen uns auf Deine engagierte Unterstützung in unseren E-Mobility-Initiativen. Unsere dynamisch wachsende Einheit ist verantwortlich für das Elektromobilitätsgeschäft von Vattenfall.

Du wirst Teil unseres deutschen Teams innerhalb der Business Unit E-Mobility sein und berichtest an den Manager Delivery, der für die zügige Umsetzung von Projekten durch ein flexibles Team von technischen Projektmanagern verantwortlich ist.

Deine Rolle als E-Mobility Solutions Manager

Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

  • Du entwirfst und planst grundlegende technische Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Ansprechpartner:innen unserer Kund:innen und erstellst umfassende Dokumentationen.
  • Du unterstützt unser Vertriebsteam bei der technischen Konzeptionierung von Ladeinfrastruktur und der Kostenermittlung für Angebote im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen und Anfragen von Großkunden.
  • Du bringst technisches Know-how in Kund:innengespräche ein und kannst Konzepte klar präsentieren und in Vertragsverhandlungen einfließen lassen.
  • Du entwickelst innovative technische Konzepte und stimmst diese mit unserem technischen Support-Team ab.
  • Du schult unser Vertriebsteam in technischen Themen.
  • Du definierst technische Anforderungen und unterstützt unser Partnermanagement kontinuierlich bei der fachlichen Steuerung unserer Nachunternehmer:innen sowie bei der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und fachlichen Bewertungen.
  • Du klärst grundlegende Themen für unsere technischen Projektmanager:innen und überführst diese in das Tagesgeschäft.
  • Du bist der/die erste fachliche Ansprechpartner:in innerhalb des Delivery Teams, erkennst Verbesserungspotentiale im Projektmanagement aus technischer Sicht und entwickelst diese weiter.
  • Du bringst die technischen Belange des Delivery Teams in internationale Projekte ein, begleitest relevante Entwicklungen und implementierst diese bei Bedarf in unserer Organisation.

Dein Profil als E-Mobility Solutions Manager

  • Abschluss als Meister:in, Techniker:in oder Ingenieur:in im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar.
  • Erfahrungen in der technischen Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten mit Elektroenergieanlagen und Tiefbau, einschließlich Netzanschlussthemen im Bereich der Nieder- und Mittelspannung.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung von Projekten der AC- und DC-/HPC-Ladeinfrastruktur in der Elektromobilität, einschließlich aktueller Markttrends.
  • Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement für den Rollout von Großprojekten sowie
    • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit technischer Zeichnungs- und Planungssoftware (z.B. AutoCAD).
    • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Reisebereitschaft.
    • Teamfähigkeit, Organisations- und Durchsetzungsstärke.
    • Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Sprachniveau B2).
    • Führerschein Klasse B.
    • Begeisterung für Elektromobilität.
