The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and leadership, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and ensuring quality standards are met.

• Production Planning and Control: Develop and implement effective production plans, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics and purchasing, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

• Education: Completed training as a Master Industrialist or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in production management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong leadership and social skills, sound knowledge in production planning and control, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and good IT skills, especially in production software.
