Key Responsibilities- Local Strategy Formulation: Develop and own the strategic vision for your designated city, maximizing market penetration, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
- Strategic and Operational Oversight: Manage daily business operations, executing tailored strategies that are specific, scalable, and repeatable. Embrace a culture of continuous improvement to foster micro-advancements and influence systemic changes across the city.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with essential stakeholders, including restaurant partners, delivery personnel, local authorities, and customers.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement proactive performance management and reporting systems.
- KPI and SLA Analysis: Track and evaluate key performance indicators and service level agreements to assess the success of initiatives and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Financial Management: Develop and oversee budgets, guiding financial performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project status, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management and stakeholders as required.
- Innovation and Market Growth: Propel innovation initiatives and identify growth opportunities to maintain Just Eat Takeaway's competitive edge in the food delivery sector.
