Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the planning, bidding, and supervision of electrical engineering systems in high-rise construction projects from the client's perspective.
  • Collaborating with freelance engineering professionals to support electrical engineering plans throughout all phases of the HOAI.
  • Managing the planning, bidding, and oversight of electrical maintenance services across our properties.

Your Qualifications

You possess

  • A completed degree in electrical engineering (Bachelor's, Master's, or Diplom Engineer).
  • Preferably, experience in the planning and/or project management of electrical systems in buildings, though we welcome applications from newcomers as well.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and an interdisciplinary approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility and a proactive attitude, particularly regarding task completion and participation in meetings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • A valid driver's license (Class B).
