Project Manager: Operations Management

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Operations Management team at innovis by acs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and leading projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication
  • Coordinate with Competence Centers to ensure efficient workflow and minimize disruptions
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting, providing accurate and timely financial information
  • Prepare and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear objectives and action items
Requirements
  • Completed education in a business-related field, with a focus on project management or a related field
  • Proven experience in classical and agile project management, with a strong understanding of Microsoft D365 BC/CE
  • Excellent digitalization experience in complex organizational and IT projects
  • Strong process understanding, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, with a structured and solution-oriented approach
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
  • Excellent German and good English language skills for effective communication
