Key Responsibilities:

• Manage occupational safety, fire prevention, hazardous materials, and regulatory compliance within the organization
• Design and enhance safety, health, and environmental protocols
• Ensure that workplace procedures adhere to legal standards and corporate policies
• Conduct training sessions on safety-related topics for staff
• Engage with stakeholders including the works council, local authorities, and legal teams
• Provide guidance to management on safety, environmental issues, and accident prevention strategies

Qualifications:

• Degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
• Additional certifications such as Safety Specialist or Environmental Officer are advantageous
• Strong understanding of processes, excellent teamwork, and communication abilities
