Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage technical aspects in supplier relationships
  • Design and implement production and testing processes for the LumiraDX instrument
  • Establish manufacturing and testing processes at suppliers for device development
  • Supervise processes and implement changes in the production phase
  • Define, record, and report key production figures
  • Utilize data management tools and apply business analysis methods
  • Manage supply chain performance and implement measures for continuous improvement
  • Evaluate new tools for recording KPIs and optimize processes

Requirements:

  • University degree in engineering: Optics / electrical engineering / optoelectronics or comparable
  • Many years of professional experience in an industrial environment
  • Technical expertise in data management, electrical engineering, metallurgy, or manufacturing technologies
  • Proven interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in German and English
  • Understanding and knowledge of ISO 13485 desirable
