Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Energy and Climate Management Specialist to join our team in Heidelberg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive energy strategy and management system across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a company-wide energy strategy and management system
- Support and advise on energy procurement and self-generation
- Coordinate and manage energy-related data and programs
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations as the energy management representative
- Support and advise on energy cost planning and project energy efficiency measures
- Support and contribute to sustainability reporting and CO2 balance sheet creation for the company and the group
- Develop and implement a central climate management system and implement climate adaptation measures
- Completed technical degree in energy management, renewable energy, resource management, environmental technology, energy economics, or a related field
- Desirable experience in project management
- Desirable knowledge of energy economics and energy technology
- Understanding of corporate trade and working practices, assertiveness
- Strategic thinking and communication skills, reliability
- Excellent PC skills (SAP, MS Office), experience in data collection
