Become a Part-time Nursing Specialist with Us (Evening Shift 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

Additionally, St. Barbara Hospital is part of the Merciful Brothers Bavaria Hospital Network, which includes five hospitals.

Our facility features 7 general wards, some of which are interdisciplinary and integral to our main departments. As we implement new working hour models, we are seeking Nursing Specialists for our wards to cover the evening shift from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Rotational assignments to specialized wards in Surgery, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, or Geriatrics, tailored to your prior experience.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a Nursing Specialist.
  • While initial work experience is preferred, we also welcome newcomers and those re-entering the workforce.
  • You should align with the values and mission of a Catholic healthcare institution.

Our employment terms are based on the Caritas Collective Agreement (AVR) and include:

  • A permanent employment contract.
  • 30 days of paid leave, plus additional days off on designated holidays.
  • Annual bonus payments and performance-related compensation.
