**Your Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and analyze logistical data, including quantities, structures, and performance metrics, as well as budget variances.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for operational sites, ensuring accurate financial planning and control.
- Optimize business processes and ensure adherence to guidelines and procedures, promoting efficiency and productivity.
- Assess, update, and implement customer-specific requirements and investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Enhance our internal control system, including Controlling tools and associated KPIs, to drive business performance.
- Develop and analyze monthly management reports, providing actionable insights to senior management.
**Your Profile:**
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, combined with several years of experience in controlling or a related field.
- Experience as a controller in logistics is highly valued.
- Strong affinity for MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and BI knowledge is an asset.
- Proven entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently with a structured approach.
- Dynamic, result-oriented, and team-focused personality.
