Join our team at Fresenius Medical Care and contribute to the essential functions of Human Resources at our locations. You will play a vital role in supporting HR operations and engaging in various projects.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Collaborate on the redesign and implementation of HR processes while enhancing existing workflows.
  • Conduct research and execute personnel marketing activities as per guidelines.
  • Support ongoing HR projects.

Your Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach.
  • Strong motivation and commitment to your work.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly.
  • Previous experience from internships or similar roles is advantageous.

Duration: 6 months

Location: Schweinfurt or Sailauf
