We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Bank Specialist (d/w/m) for Insurance in the Nürnberger Land region.
About the Role
As a Bank Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing the potential of Genossenschaftsbanken, advising their customers, and selling insurance products.
You will support the Genossenschaftsbanken in providing expert advice and facilitating the conclusion of insurance contracts.
You will train the employees of the Genossenschaftsbanken in sales and provide on-the-job training.
You will develop sales promotion and cross-selling measures and coordinate them with the bank internally.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Insurance or a related field (e.g., BWV, IHK, Versicherungsfachwirte, or Versicherungsbetriebswirte).
- Excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and experience in external sales and networking.
- Optimal experience in working with and structuring Genossenschaftsbanken.
- Strong organizational skills, negotiation skills, and a customer- and team-oriented approach.
