Position: Digital Marketing Specialist for Social Media and Influencer Engagement- Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany

- Formulate and execute innovative social media strategies tailored for S. Fischer Verlage, concentrating on target demographics and inventive methodologies.
- Produce captivating (video) content that aligns with marketing strategies for specific titles, authors, and overall brand identity, with the goal of enhancing channel engagement and cultivating a robust online community.
- Build and nurture relationships with bloggers and influencers, acting as the primary liaison and designing collaborative formats and processes.
- Work in close partnership with the marketing team to synchronize performance marketing initiatives across diverse platforms, including social media, Google, Meta, Amazon, and others.
- Serve as a connector for colleagues across various departments, managing ongoing marketing efforts for literary, non-fiction, and entertainment titles.
- Oversee the budget for organic social media initiatives and influencer collaborations in accordance with marketing leadership directives.
- A dynamic role that grants you the freedom to spearhead initiatives and realize your creative visions.
- Become part of a progressive marketing team that prioritizes digital marketing, especially in the realms of social media and influencer outreach.

- Proven expertise in social media, influencer, or performance marketing.

- Skilled in various digital tools and platforms such as Drupal, Evalanche, Google Workspace, along with content creation software like Canva or Photoshop.
- Experience in video production is advantageous, showcasing your creative, organized, and innovative mindset, complemented by strong communication and teamwork abilities.
