We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker (m/w/d) to join our team at Albert-Schweitzer-Kinderdorf in Sachsen e.V. in a Children's Village for a Family-Like Living Group.

• Provide long-term support and care to children and youth in a family-like living group setting.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including therapists, educators, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of group activities and programs.
• Document and maintain accurate records of child progress and care provided.

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Experience working with children and youth in a care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
