Job Title: Business Application Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Application Specialist to join our team at SES. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the operation and development of our CRM/ERP system and other business software applications. Your expertise will be crucial in evaluating, designing, executing, measuring, monitoring, and controlling business processes to ensure they align with our strategic goals. You will collaborate with other business process managers, external IT service providers, and stakeholders to formulate, document, coordinate, prioritize, test, and accept requirements and solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and design business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Develop and implement CRM/ERP system and other business software applications
- Collaborate with business process managers and stakeholders to formulate and document requirements
- Coordinate and prioritize testing and acceptance of solutions
- Participate in 24/7 on-call support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- At least 3+ years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas
- Proven experience in IT project management
- Proven experience in process design and thinking
- Proven experience in IT-focused managed services delivery with both onshore and offshore resources
- Experience in B2C/B2B applications and reliable knowledge of handling CRM and related systems
- High level of written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
Competencies:
- Ability to clearly communicate and document solutions to both technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to manage working across concurrent projects at different stages of completion
- Ability to be flexible and deal with changing priorities and timelines/due dates
- Performs tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic about exploring new IT infrastructure and components
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both in a team and independently as required
- Ability to integrate into cross-functional and/or virtual project teams
- Highly interested in software validation and software quality
