We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Operations Manager in various administrative tasks. As an Assistant to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the office mail and maintaining the filing system
- Coordinating and planning meetings and events
- Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager
- Assisting with the preparation and creation of reports, protocols, and presentations
- Coordinating and tracking personnel matters, including personnel planning, requisitioning, and documentation
- Contributing to the creation of business evaluations and analyses
- Participating in the optimization and development of existing processes
- Organizing internal events and activities
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Experience in customer service is an asset
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
