**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Operations Manager in various administrative tasks. As an Assistant to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the office mail and maintaining the filing system
  • Coordinating and planning meetings and events
  • Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager
  • Assisting with the preparation and creation of reports, protocols, and presentations
  • Coordinating and tracking personnel matters, including personnel planning, requisitioning, and documentation
  • Contributing to the creation of business evaluations and analyses
  • Participating in the optimization and development of existing processes
  • Organizing internal events and activities

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Experience in customer service is an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
