Job Responsibilities- As an Agile Coach, you will work from the IT Governance team on strategic projects for business and IT transformation.
- You will support cross-functional teams in introducing and implementing agile methodologies.
- You will develop our existing method collections and best practices for our process domain framework based on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- As an Agile Community builder, you will establish an internal Agile Community consisting of local Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters from various departments, aiming to promote team self-organization and establish a uniform agile mindset.
- You will use agile tools effectively, combine them, and train users accordingly.
- You will serve as a role model, be willing to continuously develop yourself, and be able to inspire people to change.
- You have a completed degree or equivalent qualification.
- You have gathered experience in a leadership position and bring at least 6 years of experience as a professional Agile Coach.
- You possess excellent communication skills combined with motivation, improvisation, conflict resolution, and an intrinsic motivation to network within the company.
- You live agile values and are enthusiastic about agile methods like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, etc.
- Reliability, self-motivation, and self-responsibility are second nature to you.
- Excellent English skills in both writing and speaking complete your profile.
