Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive media marketing plan to maximize brand awareness and customer acquisition across 9 European markets.
  • Lead a high-performing team of 8 marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure their growth and success.
  • Collaborate closely with our Head of Creative Production to create engaging and effective advertising campaigns that drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge to continuously improve our marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • A degree in business or marketing, with relevant experience in offline, brand, and YouTube marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to dive deep into complex data sets using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Fluency in English, with any additional European language a plus.
