What You'll Do
As a Senior Product Specialist, you will oversee the entire journey of making BTP and BTP services available on Private Clouds or Sovereign Clouds. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Closely collaborating with development, support, controlling, pricing, legal, and other teams to ensure the fulfillment of all product and commercial requirements for BTP services delivery into Private or Sovereign Clouds.
- Driving product management activities throughout the organization to get BTP services on Private or Sovereign Clouds to market and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Evaluating how BTP public cloud processes and procedures must be adapted for Sovereign and Private Clouds, aligning these adaptations with stakeholders, and driving their corresponding implementation.
- Managing the commercialization of BTP for Private Clouds.
- Presenting, influencing, and aligning BTP stakeholders and the broader organization through cross-functional collaboration.
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of total professional working experience, with 3+ years in a product management role in one of SAP Technology & Innovation cloud offerings.
- A comprehensive understanding of every stage of SAP BTP service product lifecycle, including processes and standards that must be met or adhered to.
- Commercialization and pricing background is desired.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a can-do mindset and the ability to think creatively and proactively.
- True team player with the ability to influence and lead without authority.
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills, with the ability to connect people and topics.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
- Creative thinking, willingness, and ability to learn quickly new concepts and technologies.
