Position Overview:

As a pivotal member of DELLO GRUPPE, the role of Service Advisor/ Workshop Manager encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert and tailored customer guidance regarding service offerings at the dealership
  • Facilitate the sale of customized aftersales services
  • Generate service orders while ensuring feasibility, warranty considerations, and special service options
  • Plan and oversee all maintenance and repair tasks, adhering to stringent quality standards
  • Engage in customer support and retention strategies, while also working to grow the customer base
  • Assist in workshop management duties

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed technical training complemented by specific manufacturer certifications
  • Extensive experience in a dealership environment, particularly in aftersales operations
  • Strong service orientation and enthusiasm for the automotive industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and preferably familiar with the CARLO Dealer Management System
  • Demonstrated resilience, high performance, eagerness to learn, organizational capabilities, and stamina
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with a focus on cost efficiency and results
