MR-Shop GmbH is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to enhance our sales department in Germany. As a skilled communicator and sales expert, you will provide guidance and support to both new and existing clients while playing a vital role in acquiring new business opportunities.

• Engage with customers through phone and email consultations
• Identify and qualify potential new clients
• Proactively reach out to establish new contacts
• Foster and grow relationships with current customers
• Prepare service proposals and manage order processing
• Represent MR-Shop GmbH at promotional sales events
• Collaborate closely with field sales and key account teams

• Proven sales expertise with a completed commercial education
• 2-3 years of experience in sales and customer acquisition
• Strong communication skills and self-assurance
• Enthusiasm for customer interaction and service
• Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn about complex products
• Team-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
